General Bonus Terms

1.1.These General Bonus Terms and Conditions ("General Bonus Terms") govern all bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback offers, rakeback rewards, loyalty programme benefits, and any other promotional incentive (collectively, "Bonuses") offered by Orion's Fortune from time to time.

1.2.These General Bonus Terms apply to every Bonus unless expressly superseded by the specific terms and conditions of an individual promotion ("Promotion-Specific Terms").

1.3.These General Bonus Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Orion's Fortune Terms of Service, which apply concurrently and with full force and effect.

2.1.In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between documents, the following order of precedence shall apply:

2.2.Where a higher-tier document is silent on a matter, the next applicable tier shall govern.

2.3.Notwithstanding the order of precedence above, where a conflict exists between provisions in different tiers, the stricter condition shall prevail regardless of which tier it appears in. For the avoidance of doubt, a Promotion-Specific Term may impose additional or more restrictive conditions than these General Bonus Terms, but may not relax or override a protection set out herein unless expressly authorised by Orion's Fortune management in writing.

3.1.In these General Bonus Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

Bonus Balance

The portion of a player's account balance consisting of non-cashable promotional credits made available for wagering purposes only.

Cash Balance / Real-Money Balance

Funds deposited by the player or won using deposited funds, available for withdrawal subject to these terms.

Free Spins

Complimentary rounds on designated slot games, carrying no cash value themselves; only winnings derived from free spins are credited to the player's balance.

Non-Cashable Chips (Sticky Bonus)

A bonus model in which the bonus amount is available for wagering but is never itself withdrawable. Upon satisfaction of wagering requirements, the bonus amount is deducted and only net winnings above the bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

Wagering Requirement (WR)

The total value of qualifying wagers a player must place before bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Qualifying Wager

A wager that counts toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement, as determined by the game contribution weightings in Section 7.

Irregular Play

Wagering activity identified by Orion's Fortune as being designed to reduce risk below normal levels in order to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure, as further described in Section 9.

4.1.Only one (1) Bonus entitlement of any type is permitted per natural person, household, residential address, device, IP address, and payment method or payment method cluster. Orion's Fortune reserves the right to determine what constitutes a linked or clustered payment method.

4.2.Any player who has previously claimed a welcome bonus, sign-up offer, or equivalent introductory promotion at Orion's Fortune or any affiliated brand operated under the same management shall be ineligible for a welcome bonus at any other such affiliated brand. This restriction applies per natural person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

4.3.Players must have attained the legal age for gambling in their applicable jurisdiction and must not be resident in, located in, or accessing the platform from any restricted jurisdiction.

4.4.Orion's Fortune reserves the right to limit, deny, or withdraw Bonus eligibility from any player or group of players at any time, without obligation to provide reasons, as a commercial and risk-management measure.

4.5.Deposits made via any payment method excluded by Orion's Fortune, as notified from time to time, shall not qualify for any Bonus.

5.2.Progress toward meeting this requirement may be tracked within the player's account. This clause operates independently of, and in addition to, any Bonus-specific wagering requirement.

6.1.Only one (1) Bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. A player shall not be entitled to claim a new Bonus while an existing wagering requirement remains outstanding.

6.2.Where a player is entitled to sequential Bonuses (e.g. a multi-deposit welcome package), the next Bonus may not be claimed until the wagering requirement of the preceding Bonus has been fully satisfied or the preceding Bonus has been cancelled or forfeited.

6.3.Orion's Fortune may, at its sole discretion, credit non-bonus rewards (e.g. rakeback, loyalty credits) to a player's Cash Balance while a Bonus wagering requirement is active, provided such credits do not constitute a new Bonus for the purposes of this clause.

7.1.Unless a Promotion-Specific Term provides otherwise, the following default game contribution weightings shall apply to all Bonus wagering requirements:

7.2.Jackpot slot titles are excluded from Bonus play in their entirety and may be restricted or blocked while any wagering requirement remains active.

7.3.Where a player places wagers on a game category contributing 0% while a wagering requirement is active, Orion's Fortune reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such play and/or to remove the Bonus and associated winnings from the account.

7.4.Orion's Fortune reserves the right to amend game contribution weightings at any time. Changes shall apply to all active and future Bonuses from the date of publication.

8.1.While any Bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted stake is the lesser of:

• (a)$10.00 USD per round (or the currency/crypto equivalent); or
• (b)$0.50 USD per payline (or the currency/crypto equivalent); or
• (c)25% of the total Bonus amount credited.

8.2.This restriction applies regardless of the game, bet configuration, or number of active paylines selected by the player.

8.3.Where a player places a wager exceeding the applicable maximum stake while a Bonus is active, Orion's Fortune reserves the right, following review, to:

• (a)remove the Bonus and all associated winnings from the account; or
• (b)reduce the player's balance by the amount of any winnings generated from wagers exceeding the permitted maximum; or
• (c)take no action, where the breach was minor, isolated, and did not materially affect the integrity of the wagering requirement.

8.4.Orion's Fortune shall assess the full circumstances of any breach, including repeated conduct, evidence of deliberate exploitation, technical error, or game/provider configuration issues, prior to determining the appropriate remedial action.

9.1.Orion's Fortune defines "Irregular Play" as any pattern of wagering that is, in its reasonable assessment, designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising financial risk to a degree inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Without limitation, the following constitute Irregular Play:

• (a)Placing equal, zero-margin, or opposite bets (e.g. betting on both red and black in roulette simultaneously, or covering 70% or more of possible outcomes in a single round).
• (b)Hedge betting across different games, markets, or accounts to guarantee profit or eliminate loss regardless of outcome.
• (c)Systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to preserve balance while grinding through wagering requirements (e.g. consistent minimum-risk bets with negligible variance).
• (d)Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers.
• (e)Coordinated play with one or more other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• (f)Any other pattern of play that, in Orion's Fortune's reasonable assessment, is inconsistent with the spirit and intent of the Bonus.

9.2.Where Orion's Fortune determines that Irregular Play has occurred:

• (a)It may void the Bonus and all associated winnings; and/or
• (b)It may, at its sole discretion, strip the bonus element from the player's account and settle any remaining balance at corrected real-money values (the "Guaranteed Profit Adjustment"), reflecting what the account balance would have been had the Bonus not been applied; and/or
• (c)It may restrict or terminate future Bonus eligibility for the player.

9.3.The Guaranteed Profit Adjustment (Clause 9.2(b)) is the preferred enforcement mechanism where the player's conduct does not rise to the level of deliberate fraud or multi-accounting but is nonetheless inconsistent with Bonus terms.

9.4.Orion's Fortune may investigate Irregular Play concerns by reference to account activity, gameplay patterns, bet sizing, bet timing, game selection sequences, device data, connection data, and any other reasonably relevant evidence.

10.1.The following wager types shall not count toward meeting any wagering requirement, regardless of game or category:

• (a)Wagers placed using a gamble, double-up, or risk feature (including double-or-nothing on win).
• (b)Wagers placed in multiplayer tournaments or tournament modes.
• (c)Void, cancelled, pushed, or refunded bets.
• (d)Wagers placed on any game or feature specifically excluded by Orion's Fortune or by Promotion-Specific Terms.

11.1.Unless a Promotion-Specific Term provides otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from Bonus play is the lesser of:

• (a)Ten times (10x) the Bonus amount credited;
• (b)Six times (6x) the qualifying deposit for that Bonus; or
• (c)$5,000.00 USD (or the currency/crypto equivalent).

11.2.Any account balance exceeding the applicable cap at the point at which wagering is completed may be deducted prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

11.3.Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from the maximum withdrawal cap. Where a player triggers a progressive jackpot win while playing with Bonus funds, the full jackpot amount shall be honoured, subject to standard verification, completion of all applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these terms.

11.4.Large Payout Verification. Fiat withdrawals exceeding $10,000 USD (or currency equivalent) may be subject to additional verification by the relevant third-party game provider prior to processing. This verification is a contractual and compliance obligation imposed on Orion's Fortune by its game suppliers and may require up to seventy-two (72) hours beyond standard withdrawal processing times. Orion's Fortune will notify affected players promptly where additional verification is required. This requirement applies to fiat withdrawals only and does not apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals.

12.1.Unless a Promotion-Specific Term states otherwise, all Bonuses operate on a non-cashable chips (sticky) basis. The Bonus amount is made available for wagering purposes only and is not withdrawable.

12.2.Upon full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement, the Bonus amount shall be deducted from the player's account balance. Only net winnings in excess of the Bonus amount, subject to any applicable maximum winnings cap, shall be eligible for withdrawal.

12.3.Real-money funds are always applied first when a player places a wager. Bonus funds shall only be applied once the player's real-money balance has been exhausted.

12.4.Requesting a withdrawal while a Bonus wagering requirement is active will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and all winnings generated from Bonus play. The player's remaining real-money balance (less any Bonus-derived winnings) shall remain withdrawable.

13.1.Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion-Specific Terms, all Bonuses shall expire seven (7) days from the date and time of credit to the player's account.

13.2.In the event that the applicable wagering requirement is not fully satisfied within the expiry period, the Bonus and any associated winnings shall be automatically forfeited without notice.

13.3.Orion's Fortune may issue reminder notifications prior to expiry; however, the player bears sole responsibility for monitoring the status and expiry of any active Bonus.

14.1.Where a Bonus remains credited to a player's account but no qualifying wagering activity has been recorded for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days, the Bonus and any winnings generated from Bonus play may be forfeited without notice.

14.2.For the purposes of this clause, loyalty points, rakeback accruals, and any other promotional credits shall be treated as Bonuses.

15.1.A player may cancel an active Bonus at any time via account settings (where available) or by submitting a written request to customer support.

15.2.Upon cancellation, the active Bonus and all winnings generated from Bonus play shall be immediately and irrevocably forfeited.

15.3.Any remaining real-money balance shall be retained by the player, subject to standard withdrawal conditions, KYC verification, fraud review, and AML obligations.

15.4.A cancelled Bonus may not be reinstated under any circumstances. Once a Bonus has been claimed, that entitlement shall be deemed utilised notwithstanding any subsequent cancellation or forfeiture.

16.1.Where a Bonus is denominated in a specific currency and the player's deposit is made in a different currency or cryptocurrency, the Bonus value shall be calculated using the platform exchange rate prevailing at the time of credit.

16.2.Orion's Fortune's determination of the applicable exchange rate shall be final and binding. Exchange rate fluctuations after the Bonus has been credited shall not affect the wagering requirement, maximum bet cap, or maximum winnings cap as originally calculated.

16.3.The 25% maximum bet rule (Clause 8.1(c)) shall be calculated based on the Bonus value at the time of credit, not at the time of any subsequent wager.

17.1.Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, technical failure, or platform error while a Bonus is active:

• (a)If the game provider's system records the round as complete, the result shall stand.
• (b)If the round is recorded as incomplete, the wager shall be refunded and shall not count toward any wagering requirement.

17.2.Orion's Fortune shall not be liable for Bonus expiry, forfeiture, or any loss arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including third-party game provider outages.

18.1.Where a player activates a self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or any responsible gambling restriction, all active Bonuses shall be immediately forfeited.

18.2.Upon the conclusion of a self-exclusion period, the player shall not be entitled to reinstatement of any previously active Bonus. New Bonuses may be offered at Orion's Fortune's sole discretion.

18.3.Wagering requirement progress is not paused during any period of voluntary exclusion or account restriction.

19.1.Orion's Fortune reserves the right to refuse, withhold, cancel, reclaim, or void any Bonus and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in abuse, fraud, collusion, automated play, exploitation of a technical error, bonus manipulation, multi-accounting, or any other conduct designed to obtain an unfair advantage.

19.2.Where the aggregate value of Bonuses credited to an account is, in Orion's Fortune's reasonable assessment, disproportionate relative to deposits, wagering activity, or gameplay behaviour, Orion's Fortune may limit, suspend, or withdraw future Bonus eligibility.

19.3.Any action taken pursuant to this Section 19 constitutes an anti-abuse and risk-management measure and shall not constitute an allegation of fraud or misconduct against the player.

19.4.Orion's Fortune reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close accounts, and to void transactions, where required under its licence conditions, fraud controls, AML obligations, or Terms of Service.

20.1.Players who have claimed a Bonus at Orion's Fortune or any affiliated brand operated under the same management are subject to the cross-brand eligibility restrictions set out in Section 4.2 of these terms.

20.2.Where a player is found to hold accounts at Orion's Fortune and one or more affiliated brands in breach of these terms, Orion's Fortune reserves the right to void all Bonuses and associated winnings across all such accounts, retaining only verified real-money deposits less any withdrawals already processed.

21.1.Orion's Fortune reserves the right to amend these General Bonus Terms at any time without prior notice, including wagering requirements, expiry periods, game eligibility, contribution weightings, maximum bet caps, and maximum winnings caps.

21.2.Amendments shall apply to all active, incomplete, or uncompleted Bonuses as well as to any Bonuses claimed on or after the effective date of such amendments.

21.3.The current version of these terms, as published on the Orion's Fortune website, shall prevail at all times.

21.4.Continued participation in any Bonus following publication of amended terms shall constitute acceptance of those terms.

22.1.These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws applicable under The Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 and subject to the jurisdiction of the Anjouan Betting & Gaming Board.

22.2.Any dispute relating to a Bonus must be raised with Orion's Fortune customer support within seven (7) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes not raised within this period shall be deemed waived.

22.3.Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the player may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Orion's Fortune Terms of Service.

22.4.Language. Where these General Bonus Terms have been translated into any language other than English, the English-language version shall be the sole authoritative and legally binding text. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the English version and any translation thereof, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.
