How we can help
We encourage any player who is concerned about their gaming behaviour to take a break or by self-excluding from their account. Take-a-Break locks your account for a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) hours, and no promotional material will be sent during that time.
Our Customer Support team can arrange this at any time. A seven day cooling-off period is also available. Self-exclusion period locks your account for a minimum of three (3) months. We recommend contacting any other gambling sites where you hold an account and requesting self-exclusion there as well.
05 / Under 18
Underage gambling
Players must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction (at least 18+) to play at Orion's Fortune. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the age restriction where they reside and to confirm their eligibility when creating an account. We also advise parents and guardians to take the following precautions:
- Password protect your computer, mobile, and tablet.
- Do not leave devices unattended while logged into your account.
- Keep account details and payment cards inaccessible to children.
- Do not save passwords on your computer; write them down and store them out of reach.
- Install filtering software (such as Net Nanny) to block minors from inappropriate sites.
